What happens if my driver doesn’t show up?

Firstly always contact the driver directly on the phone number provided. Thereafter we recommend to allow for up to 5 minutes past the pickup time, keep checking the app for live status and where a contact number is provided, please contact the driver and/or the Service/Ride provider displayed. If there are no updates, go ahead and cancel and rebook.
