What do I do if my ride is delayed?

Ride: Check the 'Live Ride' view in your booking details for real-time updates and contact the driver and/or ride provider to validate the ETA displayed in the app and with the exception of Ride Hail, where a Service Provider and/or Ride Provider contact number is displayed, you can contact the operator for assistance.

 In case of an unacceptable delay, It is possible to book another on-demand ride whilst you have an active booking. Just go to the Journey tab, click the arrow in the top right of the screen to minimize the Live Ride view and go ahead and search for a New Ride. In case a driver can arrive sooner, you will receive a notification, just cancel the Live Ride and the New booking will be displayed.
