If your booking was confirmed and a driver was allocated, cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances. However, if you cancelled because the driver wasn’t moving toward you or was significantly delayed, you can raise a dispute. Mobility IQ monitors driver location and will not apply a cancellation fee if the driver was stationary or moving away from you.
