| Yes, if you are set up as a travel arranger or EA, you’ll see the option to book for another traveler on the Journey tab under 'Select Person'. If you want to book for someone that is not displayed, you can request Delegate Access on the Profile Tab. Just enter the users email that you want to request Delegate Access for and your request will be sent to the user via the App for approval. Feel free to inform the traveler that you have requested Delegate Access to expedite the approval. Once approved by the Traveler will you be able to book for them. |
