How do I cancel or change a booking?

Go to your upcoming journeys in the 'Bookings' tab, select the trip you want to change or cancel and click 'Cancel' Booking. Please note, Changes/Cancellation may be restricted and/or incur costs based on provider policies.

RIDE: If you want to make minor changes to a Pre Book Ride Booking; time (same day), location (area), it maybe possible by contacting the Ride / Service Provider, whose contact number is provided in the booking. It is only possible to Cancel a booking within the app/webapp. Any changes to date/location on an existing booking must simply be cancelled and Re-Booked.

 Rail: Changes to your ticket are governed by the terms and conditions of carriage as shown on your ticket.
